RE-OPENING on May 18, 2020

Dear Friends,

We hope everyone is safe and healthy during this unfortunate time. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and all of us are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your safety.

Our office is scheduled to re-open on Monday May 18, 2020 to all patients. We will continue to do everything possible to provide a safe environment for you and our staff.

1)  Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We follow the activities of these agencies so that we are up-to-date on any new rulings or guidance that may be issued.  

2) Our team members have taken all necessary infection control precautions, including complete wipe-down of high touch areas throughout the office between patients.

3) All the patients will be pre-screened, their temperature taken upon arrival.

4) All patients will need to sign the Covid-19 form-Patient Advisory and Acknowledgement form upon your visit. You can also sign online the Covid- 19 form on our website.

5) For our New Patients, we strongly recommend to utilize online registration form to minimize the time at waiting room .Please go to https://globaldentalonline.com/download-forms-2/ fill out and sign the following forms:

We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce number of patients in the reception area at any one time.
