About Us
We would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the office of Anna-Tu Tran, D.D.S. & Associates. We hope this information will help you to better understand our office procedures.
OFFICE HOURS
Our office hours are: Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday by appointments only. We are closed for lunch from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM. You may leave a message on our answering machine while our office is closed.
AFTER HOUR CARE
If you have an urgent matter that cannot wait until regular office hours, you may call our pager (214) 403-7717. Should a life-threatening emergency occur, call 911 or check into hospital emergency.
WALK-IN or LATE-ARRIVALS
All payment transactions are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard and Visa. Please inform our office if there are any changes to your insurance status. On the after-hour services (weekend or holiday), cash payment is accepted only, and non-standard service fees will be applied.
FEES AND DENTAL INSURANCE
Office visits by appointment are preferred. To minimize your waiting period, new patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to time of appointment to allow time to process insurance and personal record. Children under 17 will not be seen without a parent or legal guardian.
Please plan on arriving 10 minutes early for all appointments.
No Show and Cancellation Policy
If you cannot make your appointment, kindly let us know 24 hrs in advance. We reserve the right not to reschedule those patients who have a record of 2 or more no-shows.
